Printer compatibility by brand
Munbyn thermal printer compatibility
Oplect 4×6 fanfold labels work with the full Munbyn 4×6 direct thermal range — including the ITPP941, ITPP130B, ITPP245B and the newer USB / Bluetooth desktop units. Load the stack behind the printer with the matte (printable) side facing up, feed the leading label through the rear fanfold slot, and hold the feed button for around three seconds to trigger gap calibration. Set the driver page size to 4×6 inches (100×150mm), not A6.
Zebra ZD420 / ZD220 compatibility
Zebra ZD420, ZD220 and ZD230 desktop 4×6 direct thermal printers accept Oplect fanfold stacks through the rear media slot. Remove the internal roll spindle if fitted, drop the stack flat behind the printer, feed the first label, then run calibration by holding Pause + Cancel until the printer cycles two to three labels. Print darkness 8–12 gives crisp Royal Mail and courier barcodes.
Rollo X1038 compatibility
The Rollo X1038 auto-calibrates per label, so Oplect fanfold labels usually work with no configuration change beyond placing the stack behind the printer and pressing feed once. If you see label skipping, run a manual calibration from the Rollo app and confirm your shipping software isn't applying any "fit to page" scaling.
JADENS, Polono & Dymo 4XL-style compatibility
JADENS thermal printers, Polono PL60 / PL70 and Dymo 4XL-style 4×6 desktop printers all accept Oplect 4×6 fanfold labels. Load the stack behind the printer, set the driver page size to 4×6 / 100×150mm, and calibrate. For 6×4 landscape output from Royal Mail Click & Drop, rotate the page in the shipping software rather than changing the physical stack orientation.
