3. How we use your information and our lawful bases

Performance of a contract. Processing orders, taking payment, arranging delivery, managing returns and refunds, and providing customer service.

Legal obligation. Maintaining tax, VAT and accounting records, and responding to lawful regulatory or legal requests.

Legitimate interests. Managing business enquiries, preventing misuse, protecting the website and our business, improving operational processes, and handling complaints and disputes.

  • Shopify — orders, customer details, checkout and payments. Payment-card information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not directly store full card details.
  • Lovable Cloud — website and form functionality.
  • Supabase — form or database storage where used.

We may also share personal data with the following categories of recipient as appropriate:

  • Delivery providers (to fulfil and deliver your order)
  • Website and database hosting providers
  • Email and communication providers
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and legal advisers)
  • Government, tax or regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers
