Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery area

Free standard delivery is offered to eligible addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

We currently do not deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

If your delivery address is outside our delivery area we may need to cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We do not promise next-day delivery.

3. Delivery times

Standard tracked delivery normally takes approximately 3โ€“5 working days after dispatch. A faster service may be available where offered; we will confirm any additional cost and timeframe before you pay.

Delivery is carried out by a tracked delivery service. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact hello@oplect.co.uk so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.

4. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Please double-check the delivery address before placing an order. Where an address you supply is incomplete or incorrect, you may be responsible for reasonable redelivery or return costs caused by that error. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

5. Returns โ€” please contact us first

Please contact hello@oplect.co.uk before sending any return so that we can agree the appropriate return arrangements with you.

6. Consumer cancellation right (change of mind)

Consumer customers may cancel an eligible online order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details โ€” including the 14-day cancellation window, refund timescales and the model cancellation form โ€” are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Business customers

Business customers do not have an automatic contractual right to return goods simply because they have changed their mind. This does not affect any rights or remedies relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

8. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within seven days, if your order arrives damaged. This request does not affect your statutory rights.

When contacting us please provide your name, order number, the reason for contacting Oplect, photographs where the goods are damaged, your printer model and relevant print settings where the issue concerns printing, and batch information or example labels where we reasonably ask for them.

Printing problems are not automatically assumed to be product defects โ€” we may first provide compatibility or printer-setting troubleshooting. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include troubleshooting, replacement, partial refund or full refund. Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Oplect is responsible for reasonable return costs and will agree the appropriate return arrangements with you. We do not currently provide pre-paid return labels by default.

10. Statutory rights
