How to Print Royal Mail Labels on a Munbyn Printer

Complete walkthrough for printing Royal Mail Click & Drop labels on any Munbyn ITPP941, ITPP130B or newer 4×6 thermal printer, without scaling issues or skipped labels.

Once the driver, the Click & Drop label format and the media are set correctly, the settings normally stay put between batches. Step 1 — install the Munbyn driver

Download the driver for your exact model and operating system from Munbyn's support site.
Run the installer. On Windows accept the driver signature prompt; on macOS allow it in Privacy & Security.
Connect the printer over USB and power it on.
In your system's printer settings, confirm the Munbyn appears. Set it as default if it is a dedicated label machine.

Step 2 — set the paper size to 4×6

This single setting explains most scaling complaints. Windows and macOS both tend to default the driver to A4, A6 or Letter.

Open Printer Preferences → Paper / Layout.
Set page size to 4.00 × 6.00 inches, or 100 × 150mm. If it isn't listed, create a custom size at exactly 100 × 150mm.
Set orientation to Portrait — Click & Drop's PDF is already oriented correctly.
Save the preference so it applies to every job, not just the current one.

Step 3 — load 4×6 fanfold labels

Place the fanfold stack flat behind the printer with the printable (matte) side up.
Feed the leading label through the rear fanfold slot until it appears at the front.
Adjust the media guides so the label is held snug but not pinched, then close the lid.
Hold the feed button for around three seconds to trigger gap calibration — the printer should cycle two or three labels and stop.

Step 4 — configure Click & Drop

Sign in to Click & Drop and open your label format settings.
Choose the 6" × 4" label layout — Royal Mail's name for the 4×6 / 100 × 150mm PDF.
If you don't ship internationally, keep customs documentation off the label sheet so everything stays on one 4×6 page.
Save, then sign out and back in to confirm the preference stuck.

Step 5 — print a test label

Generate a label for a test order in Click & Drop.
Open the PDF and select your Munbyn printer in the print dialog.
Set scale to 100% or "Actual size". Do not tick "Fit to page" or "Shrink oversized pages" — this is the most common cause of tiny labels.
Check the printed label against the on-screen PDF: the barcode should be sharp and fully within the label, with no cropping or white banding.
